Family Realty is by far the best real estate agency I have ever worked with. This company is excellent in every way. I always felt like I was getting the highest quality advice and customer service throughout every stage of selling my house and then buying a new condo. My agent Scott was superb. He negotiated a terrific price for both the sale and the purchase of these properties. He is also a kind, caring person who communicates quickly and clearly. That's true of the entire staff. I recently purchased a home through Scott Boehnlein and Family Realty and received exceptional service throughout the process. The search spanned six months and involved extensive communication via phone calls and texts. Scott responded promptly, was always available by phone, and demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of local streets, properties, and market values. He remained patient and professional despite the significant time commitment. Notably, Scott advised us to withdraw from one contract after an inspection revealed substantial issues. For another property we were highly interested in and prepared to submit an offer on, Scott conducted a personal walk-through—before any professional inspection—and, employing his extensive knowledge of home construction, correctly advised us to move on. My wife and I recently sold our first home and bought our second home with Family Realty. We had such a good experience with Chris years ago when we bought our first home there was no doubt we wanted to use him again. We sent all of our friends their way when they started looking for houses as well. They are honest, friendly, communicate well, and go out of their way to help with anything you may need. We had to have a few repairs done on our old house before selling and Chris put us in contact with licensed contractors that did great work at fair prices.
